Unlike AI vendors that rely on opaque, underpaid crowd-work farms in developing regions for RLHF and data labelling, Alchemax Labs engages vetted domain specialists—including credentialed software engineers, mathematicians, and scientists—under transparent, living-wage UK, EU, and North American contracts.

• All data centre partners and semiconductor hardware suppliers undergo strict ESG and UK Modern Slavery Act supply-chain audits.
• All direct employees and specialist fellows undergo full UK right-to-work verification.

3. Approval & Annual Review

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and is reviewed and approved annually by the Board of Directors of Alchemax Labs.
