1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of alchemaxlabs.co.uk, the Alchemax API, Atlas AI Workspace, and related services provided by Alchemax Labs Ltd ("Alchemax Labs", "we", "us", "our").

2. Ownership of Inputs & Outputs

As between you and Alchemax Labs, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain all ownership rights in the prompts, code, and data you submit ("Inputs") and own all rights in the completions, code, and artifacts generated by our models for you ("Outputs").

3. Zero Training on Enterprise & API Data

Alchemax Labs does not use Inputs or Outputs submitted via the Alchemax API, Vanguard Sovereign Cloud, or Atlas Enterprise workspaces to train, fine-tune, or improve shared foundation models unless you explicitly opt in via a signed custom agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
