Scope: Alchemax API, Atlas AI Workspace & Aegis Runtime Version: 2026.2

1. Scope of Agreement

This Service User Agreement ("SUA") governs access to Alchemax Labs’ foundation model APIs, software development kits (SDKs), Atlas AI Workspace, and Aegis Autonomous Agent execution environments.

2. API Credentials & Rate Limits

API keys issued to your organisation must be stored securely in server-side environment variables and never embedded in public client-side code.
Dedicated throughput tiers (Tokens Per Minute / Requests Per Minute) and 99.95% uptime SLAs are governed by your selected Enterprise plan.
